1. Account Registration & Eligibility
Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years of age or older to register an account and book services through the Kunal Home platform.
Accurate Information: Customers must provide valid details during profile setup, including their full name, active mobile number, email address, and service location. Providing false or incorrect information may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.
Single Account Policy: Each individual is expected to maintain their primary account using their personal mobile number and unique identification details.

Basic Working Facilities: During the service visit, the customer is responsible for providing safe access to basic utilities such as electricity and water and a workable space to complete the job.
